Should others be tried as accessories to murder in the Fort Hood case? I know that Nadal Hasan was the lone gunman, but what about those who knew of his radicalism and did NOTHING? What about the Army leaders who enabled him by promoting him?
If you give another drink to someone who's obviously intoxicated or if you give them the keys to your car and they kill someone in a driving accident, are you an accessory to the crime??? So what do YOU think should happen in this case?
