It's alarming, but true.  Here in America, all over this country, parents are having their rights taken away by those who think they know better - THE GOVERNMENT!

Who can make the best choices for a child?  The social worker?  The first lady?  The police officer?  NO!  The PARENTS!

And it goes without saying that I'm talking about mentally capable, law abiding, moms and dads!

Who should decide where your kids can play? 

"Police arrested a Texas mom for allowing her children to play outside last week, after a neighbor reported to police that the kids were riding scooters around a cul de sac.  Tammy Cooper, who was arrested for child endangerment, insists she was watching her children from a lawn chair in her front yard."

Remember the story of the mother who school officials told that her 4-year-old daughter's home-packed lunch was not healthy enough to eat?  It was a turkey sandwich!  Read that story and watch video from FOX News HERE!

Who should decide what your newborne needs?

This may be the most outrageous story you've ever read!  A mother in PN gave birth on the way to the hospital.  After asking about the well-being of her new baby and asking questions about a shot the staff wanted to give her, a social worker took custody of the child.  The mother was then forced out of the facility!

Who should decide what (if any) vaccines your child should have?

For several days I have been talking about the new requirement in WV that mandates additional vaccination for 7th & 12th grade students this school year.  Last Friday I spoke to Phil Hudok about his 17-year-old daughter Olivia - a 4.0 student at Pickens High School in Randolph Co., WV.  Because Olivia believes the Bible, she believes it is wrong for her to put anything into her body that would defile her.  Therefore, she has refused new vaccines this year.  Last week she was kicked out of school!

Today I talked with Lori Lee of WE THE PARENTS -WV.  She says hundreds of WV students have been kicked out of school due to the new vaccine requirements made by the DHHR.  That's right, the DHHR made the new rule NOT the WV Legislature!  So it is NOT law!

Folks, when are WE THE PARENTS going to stand up and say WE know what's best for our children, NOT the state, NOT the social worker, NOT the government?  Stand for your Parental Rights!
