The Ironton Tribune is reporting dozens of downed power poles in Ironton.
Acting Police Chief Joe Ross says the poles went down after heavy rains and winds in the storm earlier this morning. Ross says there are poles down from Third Street from about the 2500 block of Lorain all the way up to Desco Federal Credit Union. The Tribune reports Ross as saying there are 25-30 poles down in Third Street. Drivers are asked to avoid the area coming into from Coal Grove into Ironton on Third
